To get started with selling through Circular Dance Wear (CDW), here’s the key information you’ll need to provide:

1. Description and photo of costume.

Photos of your last performance generally lead to faster sales. Please let us know if you want your dancer(s) to remain anonymous.

2. Size

Accurate sizing is essential for a perfect fit. Here’s a quick reference guide to dance costume sizes:

Children’s Sizes (Kids)

• Toddler Sizes): 2T, 3T, 4T – Based on age.

• Child Sizes (C):

• CXS (Child Extra Small): Size 4–5

• CS (Child Small): Size 6–7

• CM (Child Medium): Size 8–10

• CL (Child Large): Size 12–14

• CXL (Child Extra Large): Size 14–16

Teen Sizes

• TS (Teen Small): Equivalent to Child XL or Adult XS

• TM (Teen Medium): Similar to Adult Small

• TL (Teen Large): Similar to Adult Medium

Adult Sizes

• AXS (Adult Extra Small): Size 6–8

• AS (Adult Small): Size 8–10

Fitting Tips

Most dance costumes are made from stretchable fabrics like lycra and spandex, offering flexibility. Many designs include adjustable straps and elastic waists for extra comfort. To ensure the best fit, we recommend providing measurements for:

• Bust, Waist, Hips, Girth, and Inseam.

Always check brand-specific sizing charts as measurements may vary. If unsure, consider purchasing a size up to allow room for alterations and movement during performances.

3. Brand (If known)

Let us know the brand of your costume if available. Brand information can add value and build buyer confidence.

4. Price

Please include your desired sale price.

Keep in mind that a 7% sales fee and postage (if required) will be added when your costume is listed on the website.

5. You will need to confirm that the dance costume(s) that you are wanting to list with us are in good condition & ready for use on stage, or list any minor faults that can be easily repaired by the purchaser.
